# System Administrator Appreciation Day 2026
The end of July is here once again and it's time for celebration!
It's my first year celebrating sysadmin day and thought I should do something special, so I baked an orange cake (with the recipe from Urbaani Vegenda by Tiina Tohu).
As I've been trying out [OpenBSD](https://www.openbsd.org/) and also wanted a systems logo on the cake, I tried doing the fun [Painted drawing of Puffy](https://web.archive.org/web/20121014160113/http://openbsd.org/art4.html) (by Theo de Raadt, and other members or developers of the OpenBSD group) out of sugar paste. All turned out pretty good for a first time I think :-)
